One of the best parts of NECCF is stepping away from the office to build real relationships with peers across the contact center community. Throughout 2026, members gathered in Framingham, Scarborough, Providence, and Worcester for relaxed evenings of networking, great conversations, and memorable experiences, including our annual Family Day at Polar Park. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make each event a success. Browse the photo galleries below to relive the highlights and see the connections that make the NECCF community so special.
