VENDOR EXPERIENCE

The NECCF is dedicated to providing resources and networking opportunities for contact center professionals. In an effort to preserve the intention of the organization and encourage the open sharing of best practices, participation is limited to professionals who are directly involved in the management or support of contact centers operations -vendor representative participation is limited.

VENDOR PARTICIPATION STATEMENT

The NorthEast Contact Center Forum (NECCF) is a non-profit organization managed by a group of professionals who serve in a volunteer capacity. The prime purpose is to bring together people who run call centers and provide a forum in which they can learn more about the industry while sharing ideas and best practices.

The Board’s pledge to attendees is that the NECCF will stay true to the “grass roots” beginning and maintain a clear focus on effective call center management. This commitment is sometimes at odds with the desire of vendors, sales people, and consultants, despite their obvious value as effective partners. If attendees begin to sense that NECCF events have become a just a platform for vendors to establish new business or develop leads exclusively, they will withdraw and the NECCF will fail.

Due to this concern that vendor representatives are asked to respect the following:

  • Quarterly Forums – The NECCF Board of Directors reserves the right to reject a vendors request to attend.
  • Venues – As a nonprofit organization, we tend to select venues which are unique and attractive to our attendees.
  • Conference & Expo – Each June the NECCF hosts an expo where vendors, sales people and consultants are invited to support the organization and sponsor the event. We rely on and greatly appreciate the sponsor support to offset costs and keep attendee registration fees low.

During the Annual Conference & Expo, we naturally limit attendance of industry vendors to those that have participated and supported the organization by sponsoring and exhibiting.

We greatly appreciate the vendor support as the NECCF fulfills its mission and continues to serve the call center professionals to whom we have made our primary commitment.
