During these challenging times the NECCF Board has decided to cancel our live events for 2020 and the beginning of 2021, we are continuing our Radio Roundtable webinars on a monthly basis into 2021. We are working closely with our vendor partners and members of the contact center community to bring you content you can use in the daily management of your contact center.

What is Radio Roundtable?
As a participant of NorthEast Contact Center Forum’s community, you probably already know that our Roundtable Sessions are the most popular and educational features of the events we host. The Roundtable Sessions facilitate a group of customer service and contact center leaders in a discussion about a specific challenge you are facing in your center. This allows for service thought leaders from different industries and backgrounds to use the collective “hive mind” to uncover new ways to apply approaches, technologies, and talent to your organization’s greatest hurdles. If we cannot gather around the roundtable of our physical events, we are bringing the roundtable to you. Every Radio Roundtable, we’ll have a new and relevant challenge, invite some special guests and thought leaders, and open the floor to you for Q&A.
