What is an NECCF Virtual Roundtable?
As a participant of NorthEast Contact Center Forum’s community, you probably already know that our Virtual Roundtable Sessions are the most popular and educational features of the events we host. The Roundtable Sessions facilitate a group of customer service and contact center leaders in a discussion about a specific challenge you are facing in your center. This allows for service thought leaders from different industries and backgrounds to use the collective “hive mind” to uncover new ways to apply approaches, technologies, and talent to your organization’s greatest hurdles. If we cannot gather around the roundtable of our physical events, we are bringing the roundtable to you. Every NECCF Virtual Roundtable, we’ll have a new and relevant challenge, invite some special guests and thought leaders, and open the floor to you for Q&A.
